    1. Dear Justice,
The president cannot make all of the laws on his own because the 2 other branches of government have to agree with the law.

  8. What I learned about elections is that candidates get eliminated one by one and the last candidate standing is the new president for the next four years. My question is that why can't you vote until your 18.

    1. You can't vote until you're 18 because you have to be a adult.

    2. Because any age under that won't really understand what it means.

    3. Because the government don't think that if your under 18 you do not know that much about politics

    4. Because if you're younger then 18 you are still a kid and kids can not vote.

  9. I have learend that in the prosess of the president picking, you go through series of campains until one of the candidates is eliminated. Once a candidate is eliminated the campains get shorter and shorter and at the end there is only two canidates left to run against. My question is what does a president have to do to get fired?

  14. Hello,
One thing I learned about the election process is that when in the final 2 people have to be 1 Republican and 1 Democrat. My question is: Why if the FBI can't find something for example: Obama's birth certificate, how can they still be elected?

  15. What I learned today is there are two parties Democrats and Republicans. There is also other parties but they are third parties and much smaller.Presidential parties are different than regular parties. To vote you must be 18 and older. And to run for presidant you have to follow 3 rulees you must be at least 35 years old, must have been in the US for 14 years, and must be born in the US.

  16. I learned that in an election even though the citizens of the U.S. vote that their vote does not completely matter. There vote does not completely matter because there is a group of people in each state who decide who is the president.
I wonder how many different types of parties there are for the presidential election?
